Preseries Sam/Dean

Im looking for a specific fanfiction where Dean is about 18-19 and Sam is about 15. Dean breaks both legs on a hunt with their dad and is bedridden. Sam has to take on extra jobs to earn enough money for food/rent while their dads gone, and also to pay for Dean's GED stuff. I remember there was stuff about a ghost haunting the high schools library and Sam taking care of it himself, and also some of his jobs were dog walking and weeding. Also, Sam is suffering from growing pains the whole time. Im pretty sure this story turned into wincest at the end, but not sure.
