Dean/Castiel Au, and Supportive Sam

I need some help. I have been googling like crazy and have looked through a ton of rec lists and archives and I am having difficulty finding the kind of stories I want to read.

What I am looking for is Dean/Castiel au stories (Castiel is not an angel and Dean is not a hunter) where Dean was abused, preferably by John. I don't care if the abuse is present tense or past tense and it doesn't have to be the focus of the story either. John being, or having been, physically abusive, or Dean having to deal with John being an alcoholic and having to take care of him, those kind of things. No stories without Sam, though, and no werewolf stories, no beta/omega/alpha stories and no sub/dom please.

Also, are there any stories out there where John, Bobby or somebody else important to the boys finds out Dean is gay and is not okay with it, but Sam is and defends and/or protects Dean? Au or not, is fine with me, and I'll take any pairings or any genres. Except, no werewolf or beta/omega/alpha stories.
