#1 - FOUND in the comments! Nothing to be Scared of by Partly. Specific: I read this fic about a year back, and I believe it was complete on fanfiction.net. But, I'm sure that, based on the vague info I'm about to dump on you, that more than one fic could fit this description, so feel free to suggest any that sound right.
It was a pre-series high school fic and focused on a teen or preteen Dean, I believe. What stands out in my mind is that there was a scene where the bullies/bad guys severely injured Dean. I *think* it might have even been a gun wound, and he ended up in the hospital afterward. And for some reason, I think the main scene where Dean was hurt was set in a school theater/on a stage. Sound familiar to anyone?
#2 - General: I'd love some other suggestions for Teen!Dean-as-hero/victim style high school, preseries gen fics. Especially ones involving hurt!Dean.
