Brother-centric self-sacrificing!Dean fics

Hello~

I'm not usually one for the multi-request posts, but I've been badly bitten by the Supernatural bug and I'm all over the place, so here goes. I would really appreciate any recs that fall into the following categories:

1. Dean raising Sam: Any fics that show how Dean was more of a father to Sam than their actual father, making his meals, buying him clothes, taking care of him when he was sick, and so on. Especially if there is an element of self-sacrifice in it, like Dean skipping meals to make sure Sam has enough to eat, forcing himself to keep doing things for Sam while injured or sick, having to steal or hustle to get Sam what he needs. The hurtier the better.

2. Sam leaves for Stanford: Any fics that deal with Dean's feelings after Sam leaves. Maybe he's angry, betrayed, depressed. Maybe he's just lost without someone to take care of. Maybe he's lonely but happy because he knows it's what Sam really wants and thinks he'll have a better life.

3. Destiel + Sam: Any fics that deal with Dean and Castiel's relationship as relates to Sam. I would love to see one where Sam's initially against it, and Dean breaks things off because of his disapproval (but Sam realizes how miserable he is and there is a nice happy ending), but there could be other scenarios. Maybe Sam's a big cheerleader and talking one or both of them into admitting their feelings. Maybe Sam has to deal with feelings of jealously over someone else getting his big brother's attention. Anything, really.

I am fine with Canon or AU. Also OK with any pairing of canon characters (slash or het) including Wincest.

And, although angst is delicious, I love some comfort with the hurt.

I'm sure some of these have been asked before, so feel free to point me to other requests if they're similar.
